The staff and board of the DSC work every day to empower Southwest Florida's deaf and hard or hearing citizens and their families through education, advocacy, and community involvement. Established in 1983, the DSC has grown to provide many programs, including: Interpreting Services, Community Education, Advocacy, FTRI Telephone Equipment Loan Program, Family Services, Job Assistance, and Information/Referral Services.
